The dashboard is an internal client portal provided solely in connection with our professional services and is not offered as a standalone software product.

“Client Portal” means the secure online dashboard provided by Vouch solely to support delivery of the Services.
The information we collect depends upon how you interact with Vouch and the services you request.
A. Information You Provide

- Email address
- Job title

- Account credentials

B. Client Business Information
In order to provide our marketing and reputation management services, we may collect or process business information including:

This information is used solely for providing contracted services to our Clients.

- Categories
- Service areas
- Business hours
- Customer reviews
- Review ratings
- Review timestamps
- Review responses
- Questions and answers
- Business performance metrics
- Search visibility metrics
- Customer interaction metrics
- Other Google Business Profile information necessary to provide the Services.
Vouch accesses only the information required to deliver the Services requested by the Client.
E. Information We Do Not Access
Vouch does not request or access information from Google Workspace or other unrelated Google services.
Specifically, Vouch does not request access to:
- Gmail
- Google Drive
- Google Calendar
- Google Contacts
- Google Photos
- Google Docs
- Google Sheets
- Google Meet
- Google Chat
- YouTube account information
- Personal Google account content
Vouch requests access only to the Google Business Profile APIs expressly authorized by the Client through Google’s OAuth authorization process.
F. Information from Third Parties
We may receive limited information from third-party providers when necessary to provide our Services, including:
- Payment processors
- Authentication providers
- Cloud hosting providers
- Customer support systems
- Publicly available business directories
- Marketing platforms authorized by the Client

G. Sensitive Information
Our Services are designed for businesses.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information unless such information is voluntarily provided by a Client and is reasonably necessary to perform the Services.
Clients should not provide sensitive personal information unless specifically requested by Vouch for a legitimate business purpose.
H. Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for ensuring that information provided to Vouch is accurate and current.
Vouch For Us uses information collected from Clients and Authorized Users solely to provide, maintain, improve, and support the professional marketing services requested by our Clients.
Depending on the services provided, we may use information to:
- Provide reputation management services.
- Monitor customer reviews across supported platforms.
- Assist Clients in responding to customer reviews.
- Analyze local search performance.
- Monitor Google Business Profile performance.
- Prepare reports and marketing recommendations.

As part of our professional marketing services, Clients may authorize Vouch For Us to access information from their Google Business Profile using Google’s OAuth authorization process.
Authorization is initiated solely by the Client or an Authorized User acting on behalf of the Client.
Google Business Profile information is accessed only to perform contracted services such as:
- Reputation management
- Review monitoring
- Review response assistance
- Local SEO analysis
- Performance reporting
- Business profile optimization
- Customer engagement
- Marketing consulting
Our Client Portal provides Clients with visibility into these activities and supports collaboration between Vouch and the Client. The Client Portal is provided solely as part of our professional marketing services and is not marketed or licensed as a standalone software application.
Vouch accesses only those Google Business Profile API permissions necessary to provide the Services requested by the Client.
Vouch follows the principle of data minimization and requests access only to the Google Business Profile information reasonably necessary to perform the specific marketing and reputation management services requested by the Client. We do not request or retain information that is not required to provide those Services.
Clients may revoke Vouch’s access at any time through:
- Their Google Account permissions,
- Disconnecting the integration within the Client Portal (if available), or
- Contacting Vouch directly.
Revoking access may limit our ability to continue providing certain Services.
Vouch For Us’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information obtained through Google Business Profile APIs is used exclusively to provide the Services requested by the Client.
Specifically:
- We do not sell Google API data.
- We do not rent Google API data.
- We do not license Google API data.
- We do not use Google API data for personalized advertising.
- We do not use Google API data for behavioral advertising.
- We do not create advertising profiles from Google API data.
- We do not combine Google API data with unrelated datasets for advertising purposes.
- We do not use Google API data to determine creditworthiness.
- We do not use Google API data for surveillance.
- We do not permit third parties to use Google API data for their own purposes.
- We do not use Google API data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Google Business Profile data is processed only for the duration necessary to provide the requested Services and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Vouch For Us does not request, access, process, or store information from Google Workspace APIs.
Without limitation, Vouch does not request access to:
- Gmail
- Google Drive
- Google Calendar
- Google Contacts
- Google Docs
- Google Sheets
- Google Meet

- Google Keep

Our Google integration is limited to Google Business Profile APIs authorized by the Client.
Access to Client Data is restricted to authorized Vouch personnel who require access to perform their job responsibilities.
Examples include:
- Providing contracted marketing services.
- Responding to Client support requests.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Maintaining platform security.
- Investigating suspected misuse.
- Complying with applicable legal obligations.
All personnel with access to Client Data are subject to confidentiality obligations and appropriate access controls.
Vouch may use automated tools to assist in organizing, analyzing, summarizing, or presenting information for Clients in connection with the Services.
However:
- Google Business Profile data is not used to develop or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- Google-derived information is processed only to provide the Services requested by the Client.
- Vouch does not sell Client Data for AI training.
- Vouch does not permit third parties to use Client Data to train generalized AI models.
If Vouch introduces additional AI-assisted features in the future, they will be implemented in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Vouch processes Google Business Profile data and other Client Data solely on behalf of and under the direction of the Client.
The Client determines:
- Which Google Business Profiles are connected.
- Which Authorized Users may access the Client Portal.
- Which Services Vouch provides.
- Whether authorization is continued or revoked.
Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, the Client retains all rights, title, and interests in its business information and Google Business Profile data.
Vouch acquires no ownership interest in Client Data by virtue of providing the Services.
Vouch treats Client Data as confidential.
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse of Client Data.
Except as described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law, Vouch will not disclose Client Data to third parties without the Client’s authorization.
Where third-party service providers are engaged to assist in providing the Services, those providers are contractually required to protect Client Data and may use such information only for the purposes for which they have been engaged.
To provide our professional marketing services, Vouch For Us may engage carefully selected third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to perform functions on our behalf.

Access to Client Data is limited to personnel who require such access to perform their assigned responsibilities.
Personnel with access to Client Data are subject to confidentiality obligations and are expected to:

- Access only information necessary to perform assigned duties.
- Follow Vouch security policies.
- Report suspected security incidents.
Access permissions are reviewed periodically and removed when no longer required.
Vouch retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Services.
- Fulfill contractual obligations.

- Resolve disputes.
- Enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending upon:

- Applicable legal requirements.

Google Business Profile information is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Services or satisfy applicable legal obligations.
Clients may request deletion of Client Data by contacting:
Upon receiving a verified request, Vouch will delete or anonymize Client Data within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law and our operational requirements unless:
- Retention is required by law.
- Information is necessary to resolve disputes.
- Information is required to enforce agreements.
- Limited backup copies must be retained temporarily for disaster recovery purposes.
Where Google Business Profile access has been revoked, Vouch will cease accessing Google Business Profile information through the Google APIs.
OAuth access tokens obtained through Google’s authorization process are used solely to authenticate Vouch’s authorized access to Google Business Profile information on behalf of Clients.
OAuth credentials are:
- Stored using appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
- Accessible only to authorized systems and personnel.
- Used solely for providing the Services requested by the Client.
- Revoked when access is removed or no longer required.
Vouch does not share OAuth credentials with unauthorized third parties.
If Vouch becomes aware of unauthorized access to Client Data, we will take reasonable steps to ensure to:
- Investigate the incident.
- Contain the incident.
- Mitigate potential harm.
- Restore the security of affected systems.
- Notify affected Clients when notification is appropriate or required by applicable law.
Incident response activities may vary depending upon the nature and scope of the event.
To support the continuity of our Services, Vouch maintains backup and recovery procedures designed to reduce the risk of data loss.
Backup copies are maintained only for legitimate operational purposes and are protected using security measures appropriate to the nature of the information.
Backup data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for disaster recovery and operational continuity.
If a Client terminates its relationship with Vouch or revokes authorization to access Google Business Profile information, Vouch will discontinue access to Google Business Profile APIs except as necessary to complete pending obligations, comply with applicable law, or maintain temporary backup copies consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Following termination, Client Data will be retained or deleted in accordance with our retention practices and applicable legal requirements.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy requires Vouch to retain information longer than reasonably necessary to fulfill legal, contractual, or operational obligations.
Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information.
Subject to applicable law and verification of your identity, you may have the right to:

Clients may revoke Vouch’s access to their Google Business Profile at any time through their Google Account permissions or by contacting Vouch.
Following revocation or termination of Services, Vouch will discontinue access to Google Business Profile information and will retain or delete previously obtained information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Vouch is committed to maintaining responsible data handling practices and protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and security of Client Data entrusted to us.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy expands Google's rights with respect to Client Data or modifies Google's own privacy policies, terms, or obligations applicable to Google Business Profile or other Google services.
